Running on the last minute? Don't worry all is not lost, we will "jump through hoops" to help where we can. If we are unable to supply your first choice of product in time, we will suggest credible alternatives rather than leaving you high and dry! Stock or 2-day turn around items are usually available to save the day. |

Samples - yes we know how much you love them, and we are really pleased to send them to you! Whilst our illustrations portray an accurate impression, only seeing the item will assure you of the quality and suitability of each product. Comparing "Apples with Apples" by receiving samples is essential to ensure you receive the "real thing" compared to "copy cat" inferior goods available in the marketplace. |

Product availability and prices are correct at time of publication but due to circumstances beyond our control prices may increase but also can decrease. Please do not hesitate to contact us to confirm a quotation. |

Place your order by telephone, fax, e-mail or by post. Please include your internal purchase order number should you operate such a system. Other key information we would appreciate if applicable would include the date of your event, and confirmation of the delivery and invoice address. |

Artwork and Proofs - If we don't already have your logo please send it to us in one of the following two file types if possible: An original editable vector EPS file (text to curves or outlines) or a PDF file. Jpeg files are flat images and can't be edited for printing. If you are struggling please call us, Indigo can provide excellent in-house low cost design services to save the day. We will call you to discuss your print requirements before setting your design and/or text within the available print area for the items you have selected. A free-of-charge proof will then be sent to you for your approval and peace of mind before we go to print. |
